Goals of the Project:
Our goal was to develop CRM platform that would simplify the lives of homeowners and the work of management company employees. The main functions of the system:
Manages vital processes in the residential complex.
Acts as a link between residents and employees of the Criminal Code.
Keeps records and monitors resource consumption.
Allows residents to send troubleshooting requests.
Provides security through video surveillance and access control.
Allows you to connect third-party equipment via the API.
Outcome:
Before starting development, we conducted in-depth market research and studied the systems of the competitors of the company SminHouse. We analyzed user reviews to understand what they lack, what suits them, and what annoys them with the applications. We took into account the pros and cons in order to use the information obtained in the design of the platform.
Developed ecosystem filled with useful functions that combines services, providing house owners and employees of the residential complex with everything necessary for a comfortable and safe stay and comfortable work. All this is available as mobile and desktop app.
